Judge made a terrible decision - Trump

A Seattle federal judge, Judge James Robart, a George W. Bush appointee, had on Friday issued a ruling that blocks President Donald Trump’s executive order on immigration and refugees temporarily. Hours after the ruling, U.S. Customs and Border Protection told airlines they
could board travellers who had been affected by the immigration ban. This did not go well with the white house and President Trump is not happy about it.
The White House had appealed to reinstate the ban but the appeal was rejected by the court. After the appeal was lodged on Saturday, Trump told reporters at his private Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida: “We’ll win. For the safety of the country, we’ll win.”

Sadly, the ruling gotten from the court of Appeal was “Appellants’ request for an immediate administrative stay pending full consideration of the emergency motion for a stay pending appeal is denied.”

The Department of Homeland Security on Saturday said it would return to its normal procedures for screening travellers as the restrictions was lifted following the court ruling.

Trump had tweeted that this was a terrible decision.

Trump attacked Judge James Robart personally via his tweets saying lifting the ban is ridiculous.
